Located only two minutes away from Cocoa Beach you will find the convenient and comfortable Crown Villa Apartments. Set in a quiet residential area, these spacious villas are ideal for families. Each of the two-bedroom villas are approximately 1100 square feet in size and can accommodate up to six guests. A heated outdoor swimming pool is located on site as well as two laundry rooms. The world-famous Cocoa Beach Pier, shopping, restaurants and night clubs are located only minutes away.
**This property has a three-night minimum stay requirement through 7/31/03 and a two-night minimum stay requirement 8/1/03-12/31/03.**
**This property allows pets (up to 20 pounds) for a $150 pet fee paid on arrival. If you will be bringing a pet, you must notify a reservations agent or indicate this in the additional comments area when making a reservation.**
Comfortably furnished, each villa features a living room with queen-size convertible sofa sleeper and dresser with 25-inch TV, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a second television. The guest bedroom features either two twin beds or a single queen-size bed. Each unit features plenty of closet space and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. These villas also have a gazebo deck, which is perfect for outdoor grilling.

5604 North Atlantic Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL (central office for check-in): From the Orlando International Airport - Depart airport terminals/car rental area, taking exits marked North. Follow signs marked East-SR5289 (Beeline Expressway) Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center. Once on East SR528, follow signs to Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Continue on SR528, it becomes Highway A1A (North Atlantic Avenue/South Orlando Avenue). Watch for Durango's Steakhouse & Best Western signs on your left. The office is next to these signs in a small building marked Crown Resorts/Greene International Real Estate.
