This immaculate beachside resort invites you to enjoy a quiet, residential area of Cocoa Beach. These beautifully decorated accommodations are set in lush gardens located just 50 steps from beach access. Guest services and amenities available at the property include express check in/out, grills, laundry facilities, maid service upon check in/out and complimentary parking.
**This property requires a three-night minimum stay throughout the year except for the dates of 9/1/03-10/31/03 which require a two-night minimum stay.**
**This property allows pets (up to 20 pounds) for a $150 pet fee paid on arrival. If you will be bringing a pet, you must notify a reservations agent or indicate this in the additional comments area when making a reservation.**
These garden view beach cottages are well appointed and beautifully decorated in a light, bright, Florida style with all ceramic tile throughout. Each air-conditioned cottage can accommodate up to four people and features a living room, bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a queen size bed. These furnished units provide you and your family with a relaxing atmosphere to feel comfortable and carefree. A full-sized new range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, and microwave complete the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, dishware, pots, pans, flatware, linens and towels are provided in each cottage. Every cottage comes with an alarm clock radio, cable television, ceiling fan, iron/ironing board and telephone.

5604 North Atlantic Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL (central office for check in) - From the Orlando International Airport: Depart airport terminals/car rental area, taking exits marked North. Follow signs marked East-SR5289 (Beeline Expressway) Cocoa/Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center. Once on East SR528, follow signs to Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Continue on SR528, it becomes Highway A1A (North Atlantic Avenue/South Orlando Avenue). Watch for Durango's Steakhouse & Best Western signs on your left. The office is next to these signs in a small building marked Crow Resorts/Greene International Real Estate.
